DURATION
Cave visits last 75 minutes. The course, which is equipped and easy to access, is 1,500 metres long.

Groups are accompanied by professional guides provided by the Consorzio Frasassi.
TEMPERATURE
The temperature inside is a constant 14 °C. We recommend you wear a pullover and comfortable shoes.
Heart patients
The visit is not recommended for heart patients
Footwear
The path is slippery at times, we recommend the use of comfortable non-slip footwear
LIMITED MOBILITY
For visitors with limited mobility access is possible until the beginning of the second room , the room 200
Disabled people in wheelchairs
Access to disabled people in wheelchairs is only possible in the first room. There is also the possibility of two disabled parking spaces at the entrance to the caves, which can only be used by those in possession of an exposed coupon.
Strollers
Access to the path is possible with strollers only in the first room, to continue with the baby we recommend a baby carrier

Reservations
In case of reservations for groups, schools or speleo tours it is necessary to be at the Frasassi Caves Ticket Office 30 minutes before the booked time and collect the entrance ticket for each participant.
The individual booking on
tickets.frasassi.com does not require the passage to the Ticket Office and it is not necessary to print the ticket which can also be presented in digital form. Once you arrive at the Frasassi Caves Parking, a free Shuttle Bus will be available 5 minutes before the time of the ticket purchased.
COLLECTION OF BOOKED TICKETS
You must present yourself at the ticket office 30 minutes before the booked admission.
ClOSING DAYS
Caves and Museums closed on 4 December, 25 December and from 10 to 30 January inclusive.
Languages
In case of foreign language people, you can download the free AudioGuide Grotte di Frasassi app, where you can listen to all the information and curiosities inside the caves at each check point. English language tours are also available throughout the day. Go to the ticket office to find out the times scheduled for that day.
Regulation for dogs
Small dogs are admitted free of charge in the cave only in the carrier / bag or in the arms. At the ticket office car park there are 3 free concrete boxes with a lockable front grille for large dogs. Located in a safe and shady place, they are not guarded. The visitor can use the pit space for a limited period of time for the visit to the cave, it cannot be booked and availability is requested once they arrive on site.

Parking and ticket office at the entrance to the Frasassi Caves
The main parking is located at the ticket office of the Caves, in San Vittore delle Chiuse. A shuttle is available for customers to transfer from the ticket office to the Caves entrance.
Public Parks
In the hamlet of San Vittore a short walk from the caves near the abbey there is a public park with games and benches.
