AUFMERKSAMKEIT! Bei Nichtnutzung oder Ankunft nach der auf dem Ticket angegebenen Zeit sind Tickets NICHT RÜCKERSTATTUNGSFÄHIG. Es ist daher erforderlich, für eine weitere Tour ein weiteres Ticket zu bezahlen. Der Zugang zu Hunden ist nur mit einer Transportbox erlaubt, nicht an der Leine. Für große Hunde stehen am Kassenparkplatz 3 Beton-Hundeboxen mit abschließbarem Frontgitter mit Vorhängeschloss zur Verfügung.
Sie befinden sich an einem sicheren und schattigen Ort und sind nicht bewacht. Der Grubenraum kann vom Besucher für einen begrenzten Zeitraum für den Höhlenbesuch genutzt werden, ist nicht buchbar und wird bei Ankunft vor Ort nach Verfügbarkeit erfragt.
